The Nuremberg-based development studio Distant Meadows was founded in January 2024 by Felix Baumgarten and aims to dedicate itself to producing high-quality, joyful, and sometimes slightly eccentric computer and video games. Experience orientation, entertainment value and the use of free software are the driving forces of design, which should always take precedence over elaborate graphics and technological experiments. The guiding ideal is to create accessible single and multiplayer games with closed endings, whose consumer experience remains sustainable in the collective memory of the player community. Right now, the team is working on its first project, an open world puzzle game called Waters of Sal Nam\u00e9na<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
