The kickoff event, organized and hosted by <em>Medien.Bayern<\/em> CEO Lina Timm and Project Manager Alexandra Palme, introduced us to colleagues from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/blossompathgg\/\">Blossom Path Games<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fierythings.com\/en\/\">Fiery Things<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/highpassionstudios.com\">High Passion Studios<\/a>, a fool on every star, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/sagewingstudio\/\">Sagewing Studio<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/sleepymolegames\">Sleepy Mole Games<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.senam-games.com\">SenAm Games<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The core of the event was a multi-hour workshop on team building and vision development, where trainer and strategy advisor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/masiarnashat\/\">Masiar Emanuel Nashat<\/a> provided theoretical foundations and practical methods for the cross-project alignment of the holistic development studio. Following this, developer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/robin-kocaurek\/\">Robin Kocaurek<\/a> shared valuable insights from his time at Jumpy Bit and Klonk Games.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We &#8211; Nico and Felix were there for <em>Distant Meadows<\/em> &#8211; enjoyed it and are looking forward to the next six months!
